Frequently asked questions

Is the 6-month trial really free?

Your public profile is free forever, with no listing fee. Online booking (agenda and 1-click approval) is free for 6 full months, with no credit card to sign up. After that, online booking is €19/month + 19% VAT on the Pioneer plan.

Will DocCy create double bookings or extra work?

No. DocCy is your single source of truth. When a patient calls, add the visit to your panel in about 5 seconds and the slot is blocked on your public profile straight away.

How does 1-click approval protect my agenda?

Every request arrives with the patient's name, requested time and reason for consultation. Nothing enters your agenda without your explicit approval.

Can I see bookings in my own calendar?

Your DocCy agenda is your calendar: every visit, booked online or by phone, is there, and it is where you manage changes. When you add a visit yourself, one click also puts it in your phone's calendar as a reminder. When you confirm a visit, your patient gets an email with buttons to add it to Google Calendar or Apple / Outlook.

How do I get my current patients to book online?

Print a QR code for your reception desk or share your booking link. Patients can then request a slot whenever suits them.

I use a paper diary or another tool. Is it hard to switch?

No. Send us photos of your diary and we move it into DocCy for you, free: your next 12 weeks, within 2 working days. You check it and choose the day online booking opens, so nothing is booked twice. Tick "Move my current agenda" when you apply. Setting up your profile takes less than 5 minutes; prefer a hands-off start? Book a free 15-minute call and we register you.

What happens when the Pioneer places are taken?

New sign-ups join the Standard plan at €49/month + 19% VAT. Your public profile stays free forever either way.
